Michael Moore's new movie, "Sicko," profiles the shocking story of Carol Ann Reyes, a homeless woman dumped by a hospital in Los Angeles' Skid Row. The ACLU/SC sued on her behalf and won new policies to stop hospitals from dumping people they don't want to treat.
