Singer Jewel (left) will serenade pop stars Dixie Chicks, filmmaker Paul Haggis, music executive Kevin Weaver, and the Navy lawyer who fought military tribunals at this year's Bill of Rights Dinner. Join us Dec. 11 to salute Lt. Cmdr. Charles Swift, who won in the Supreme Court but was passed over for promotion and announced he will leave the Navy next year.
