Please join us to discuss current happenings in the jails, and to plan upcoming meetings.

Members from Californians United for a Responsible Budget will present a workshop explaining why California can’t build its way out of prison and jail overcrowding, how spending on incarceration impacts the state budget, and what we can do to reverse the crisis. We will also discuss discharge planning and what is going on at the local level regarding these issues.

Each of our general meetings include a guest speaker to educate us about jail issues, programs and/or conditions. New members are always welcome!
