Ralph Fertig, president of the Humanitarian Law Project, and Ahilan Arulanantham, ACLU/SC Immigrants’ Rights and National Security Director, will speak about Holder vs. The Humanitarian Law Project, the recent U.S. Supreme Court case that delivered a major blow to free speech rights.
