Film Screenings: ACLU/SC Goes to Outfest
Friday, July 20, 2007
The ACLU of Southern California makes the scene at this year's Outfest, the Los Angeles gay & lesbian film festival, as community collaborators on two films: the romantic comedy "A Four Letter Word" and the documentary "The Believers."

"A Four Letter Word" is a comedy about falling in love and staying true to yourself in the hothouse of New York's Chelsea neighborhood. The screening is preceeded by the winners of SHOUT: The HBO GLBT Short Film Competition.
"The Believers" goes behind the scenes with Hallelujah, the world's first transgender gospel choir.
