Make a gift with your retirement plan or life insurance policy

If you have life insurance through your employer or if you have your own separate policy, you may name the ACLU Foundation as a beneficiary of all, or a percentage of, the death benefit. You may also make the ACLU Foundation the beneficiary of an IRA, Keogh, 401(k), 403(b), or other qualified retirement plan, enabling you to avoid substantial income and estate taxes.
